How to make Scottish Short Bread – Ananya’s World Kitchen

Ananya’s World Kitchen – Episode #1

Methods and Ingredients

1. Take 1 cup of butter

2. 1 cup of Castor/Powdered sugar

3. Mix it really well

4. 1 cup of Flour

5. 1 tbsp of Corn flour

6. Mix it lightly to put together

7. Take 2 sheets of Baking paper

8. Placing the dough in the middle

9. Try and form a cylinder

10. Roll it up

11. Secure the edges of the paper

12. Keep the mixture into a freezer for 5 minutes

13. Take this out after 5 minutes

14. Open it up

15. Make slices

16. Place them in a Baking tray

17. Bake this in a pre-heated oven – 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes

18. Scottish Short Breads are ready
