    Do your teeth ache after all those dates? I find after a few mine ache quite a bit, its a shame because I love dates!

      no, I’ve never experienced any pain/discomfort from fruits & veg. I take pride in my teeth and have taken really good care of them my whole life. If you experience pain/discomfort from fruits & veggies, it is not the fault of the fruits… it is actually the damage you’ve caused your teeth/gum health over the years of not eating the right foods and/or not taking care of your oral health.
      Eating an abundance of fruits/veggies will actually help HEAL your teeth and gum health. Also make sure you are frequently flossing and brushing 2-3x each day + following other oral health protocols, to help heal and improve your teeth/gum health.
